The National Archive Foundation hosts hundreds of functions per year. These functions are organized to honor retired government officials- like former first lady, Laura Bush- preserve historic documents, and keep U.S. history alive. Among their many contributions are their programs for children and families in the DC area. Through their educational programs, like “The Sleepover at the National Archives” kids are taught to appreciate our country’s foundations. They bring history to life for kids, in hopes that they inspire the next generation of American citizens and leaders.
Coordination and management for such productions require the utmost care and attention.
